National Agency regulating nuclear and radiological activities , central authorized authorized regulatory author of control, according to the annex to Law no.131/2012 on the state control over the entrepreneur activity, uses the State Register of controls in the registration, supervision and reporting of the controls, insofar as it does not contravene the legal provisions regarding the activity of the respective authorities.
